1.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established, in which case data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years in compliance with Portuguese tax regulations.

2.1 Service Scope. DevCoreStack provides web design, development, and related digital services as described on this website. All services are performed in accordance with the project specifications agreed upon in writing before commencement.

2.2 Pricing & Payment. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are 50% upfront upon project initiation and 50% upon delivery. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest rate.

2.3 Project Timeline. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. DevCoreStack shall not be liable for delays caused by client-side bottlenecks, including but not limited to delayed feedback, content provision, or approval.

2.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables and associated intellectual property are transferred to the client. DevCoreStack reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in effect.

2.5 Limitation of Liability. DevCoreStack's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

2.6 Termination. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

2.7 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisboa.
